What We believe

Image

We are committed to live Christ by providing in the basic needs of our orphans and widows suffering from injustices. To equip and train local pastors and leaders. To reach the lost and plant churches where they can be discipled.

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, only infallible, authoritative Word of God. We believe that there is one God eternally existent in three persons: The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity of Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, and in His personal return in power and glory. We believe in the resurrection of the saved to eternal life, and the everlasting punishment of those who have rejected God's forgiveness in His Son. We strive to contribute to achieve greater unity in all that we do within the Body of Christ.

Our heartbeat is to passionately pursue Jesus Christ, to take His life giving message to the people of Africa, and to encourage others to pass on this wonderful message of hope.

Our Mission

Training and educating leaders for effective ministry to impact lasting change in their own lives and communities. Put God’s love and care in action by mobilizing locals in rural communities to create self-sustaining solutions to care for the destitute, addressing basic needs such as poverty, hunger, education, health care, hygiene and safe water.

Our Vision

Be a living testimony of God’s unconditional love, bring His message of lasting hope and equip believers to become participants in His mission.

Doctrine Statement

The Bible is the divinely inspired, infallible, inerrant, eternal Word of God as given by the Holy Spirit. God is the Holy Trinity: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, each a distinct Person worthy of obedience and worship. Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of the living God, the Saviour of men, born of the Virgin Mary, equal with the Father in every divine perfection, and the Lord of every Christian. The Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross, was buried, rose again bodily the third day, ascended to the right hand of God the Father, where He now sits in heaven as our Mediator. The return of the Lord Jesus Christ will be personal, imminent, bodily, and visible for His church. He has taught us to live in readiness.
The Holy Spirit as the third Person of the Trinity, equal with the Father and the Son in every divine perfection, who convicts of sin, regenerates, enlightens, endues for service, and comforts and guides believers.
All have sinned, and therefore, are in need of salvation. Salvation is by grace alone, is free to all who, through repentance and faith, surrender to the Lord Jesus Christ. All who have been born again become the children of God. Salvation is a gift of God not of human works. At the moment of salvation, the Holy Spirit permanently indwells the believer and the believer is kept by God’s power through faith and is eternally secure and will persevere to the end.
Salvation precedes Scriptural baptism and church membership. Christ personally instituted the church, which He commissioned to make disciples of all nations, to baptize believers, and to teach them to obey all things that He had commanded. There are only two Scriptural ordinances: Believers' Baptism and the Lord's Supper. The Lord’s Supper is observed in remembrance of Him to show forth His death for our sins until He comes again.
We believe in the priesthood of all believers. Every Christian has direct access to God in prayer through Jesus Christ our High Priest. There is no mediator between God and man other than Jesus Christ.
