City of Refuge in Middelburg E.C. South Africa is a place of love, hope, security, and an environment for healing from past wounds, the ability to live day by day, facing issues head on. Our desire is to provide a sanctuary of unyielding, unconditional love. City of Refuge does not simply invite broken hearts and lives into a safe place, we also challenge women to become self-supportive and live a life marked by dignity and hope.
