Kenya September 2019

Together we can make a difference... Read about the wonderful time we had, ministring in Kenya.

ORPHANAGE:
It’s always so much fun to spend time with the kids, playing with jumping ropes, balloons and bubbles. Some of our kids are in high school and in Kenya they have to go to boarding school. When we visited a high school, three of our boys who are there in boarding school, came to greet us. One of the boys, Joseph, who has been with us since the age of four, hugged me and thanked us for making a difference in his life. Thank you so very much for your sacrificial giving and sending much appreciated letters to the kids. Together we really are making a difference!

Widows1

Every time we arrived at the Widow Care Center we were greeted with ululations, smiling faces and hugs. They are so appreciative of every little thing, whether it’s a Bible study or making a bracelet, it makes no difference. They were very eager to crochet dishcloths which we will be sold in the USA in order to raise funds towards their support. We were touched when one lady told us how she was left alone and without hope after burying a husband and all 8 of her children, thanking God for a home at the Widow Care Center.Project Patricia

Graduation1

Graduation is always a colorful joyous occasion. Graduates : 2 Associate Degree in Theology, 10 Bachelors Degree in Theology and 2 with Masters. We have 2 schools in Kenya with a total of 88 students. Nancy thanked sponsors in her commencement speech for their sacrificial giving in order to make Theological training to further God’s Kingdom possible. When Andre conferred the degree upon a student who took 13 years to complete his degree, he reminded the students that he will never give up on them. Tobias is a perfect example of perseverance and finishing the race well.
