The anticipation surrounding the Christmas Box of Hope is palpable among the children each year. Their excitement reaches a peak as they eagerly unpack their personalized backpacks, unveiling a treasure trove of delights: soft towels, colorful washcloths, personalized water bottles, and pencil cases brimming with stationery. Each child crafted their own tie-dye t-shirt. Furthermore, they relished the opportunity to select a set of clothes from the mini 'store' we've prepared.

The Pygmy Tribe - The forgotten people of Burundi.
They are no longer forgotten! They were singing and dancing with pure joy when we arrived. Many raised their hands to receive Christ as their Savior after Andre shared the Gospel with them. The goats were intended for a celebration feast, but they asked if they could rather keep them (two of the goats were pregnant) because the manure could be used for their farming project.
